Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SSE PROTECH, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences through our internships, workshops, mentoring programs, and placement assistance. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a registration or request a refund.

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payments.

Cancellation Policy

• For Workshops & Seminars:
  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• For Internship & Training Programs:
  • If you cancel before the start of the program, a 50% refund will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued once the program has started.
• For Placement Assistance Services:
  • Once you have registered for our placement assistance services, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are only applicable for programs explicitly mentioned in the Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds will be processed only if cancellation requests meet the required eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
• No Refunds in the Following Cases:
  • If the student discontinues the program after it has started.
  • If the student fails to attend the workshop, seminar, or training session.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the refund eligibility period.
  • If a refund request is made due to dissatisfaction without a valid reason.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation?

• Step 1: Send an email to sseprotechhubli@gmail.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”.
• Step 2: Mention your registration details, payment proof, and reason for cancellation.
• Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Changes or Modifications to this Policy

• SSE PROTECH reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
• Any changes will be published on our official website.
